Take the time to really look at your life, your state of mind, and how you, Aore feeling. Be honest with yourself and look at areas of your life that you are, Aore ignore.
Note if you are, Aore leaning more towards internal or external focus, or if there are areas in every category that you want to be more balanced.
3. Set Goals.
See an outline to help you decide how you want to balance your life. Make a list.
4. Task plan.
Make a list of tasks daily, weekly, and monthly you need to do to achieve each of these goals. What have you tried in the past? Is it working? If not, what can you do differently?
What are the most important things you, Äôve achieved in the past? How do you stay focused on this goal? How do you deal with your fears, doubts, anxieties, fears, and negative self talk? How does it feel to know that you accomplish goals regardless of the parts yourself?
What is your inner, Äústuff, Äù that will try to keep you from sticking to your plan? (Ie fear, worry, doubt, negative self talk, etc.) Can you determine what you will say to yourself to push you off track? (That is, Äújust one more bite, I'll begin eating better tomorrow, Äù) Make a list.
What you need to remember in the future? What things can you say to this part of the self-sabotage yourself? Be kind to yourself. Balance won, Äôt feel good if you, Aore cruel to yourself in creating it!
Is there someone or tactics that can be used to keep himself supported, motivated, and focused in difficult times? I highly recommend connecting and sharing your inner process with someone. Find someone who can help you challenge your inner demons, and celebrate your small successes.
Just like any goal in life, it takes time and effort to overcome your habit patterns and create new ones. If you stay on track detailed and deliberate process for three full months, then there is a good chance you will create new habits to enjoy a more balanced life going forward!
